Invite a staff member
They get an email to verify their address, then set their own password. Admins can also manage staff; staff can only use the inbox.
Staff logins
Deactivate removes access straight away but keeps the login, so it can be switched back on. Delete removes the login for good; their past replies stay in the chat history.
Email alerts: choose who gets an email when a patient chat is handed to staff. Only active logins with alerts On receive them.
At least one active person must keep email alerts On.

Blocked chats
Staff can block a number; only admins can unblock. Blocked numbers get no replies, except the automatic "call 112" reply to emergency words. Open the chat in the inbox (Blocked list) to read what they sent before deciding.
